Grade G: £37,075 - £46,924 per annum

The Department has recently launched the Centre for Enterprise and Innovation.

We are seeking to appoint two Senior Lecturers in Enterprise. You must have an excellent track record in teaching, ideally in one or more of the following: Enterprise, entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial identity, and/or innovation. You should be innovative in your approach to teaching, and active in engaging with external stakeholders. We would welcome applications from academics that have aspirations about developing a portfolio of research activities, particularly in areas of: Entrepreneurship, innovation management, entrepreneurial identity, enterprise/SME resilience and/or ethnic minority entrepreneurship.

Applicants for Senior Lecturer posts will have demonstrable experience of teaching and or research. Senior Lecturers will be required to provide subject and research leadership based on their additional experience. You will be joining a large, vibrant and diverse subject team, whose expertise spans areas such as: New business creation, intrepreneurship/ corporate entrepreneurship, social enterprise and developing SMEs. Course content delivered across the enterprise subject has strong links to industry, candidates who can contribute to this agenda would be most welcome. The team aims to combines research and scholarly activity in pursuit of teaching excellence. It places particular emphasis in developing and embedding both internationalisation and employability throughout the curriculum with the aim of providing a differentiated and distinctive student experience.
