The School of Biomedical Sciences is currently seeking a Casual Lecturer in Health Services Management who will actively engage in teaching related to the health services management program in Session 1 2017 (February to June) and Session 2 2017 (July to October).
The suitable candidate will need to be able to demonstrate:
- extensive experience working within health and/ or aged care organisations, most likely in clinical roles, with supervisory and managerial experience
- an interest in the scholarship of teaching and learning, with evidence of a track record in this field
- Qualifications in education will be well regarded.
Approximate number of hours required will be up to 37.5 hours per week for the 16 week semester.
The payments will comprise a mix related to tasks that will be negotiated. The base rate applicable to lecturing will be $43.55 per hour.
