The Edith Cowan University Psychological Services Centre is a state of the art psychology clinic and training centre where Clinical Psychology students provide services to the public under the direct supervision of experienced clinical psychologists. Our students and staff provide a professional, confidential and caring service to children, adolescents and adults
While this role will provide a broad range of administrative roles, functions and services to the Clinic, its focus is on supporting our students and clients who are experiencing psychological issues. This 10-month appointment will be a valuable opportunity for an empathic, organised and motivated person with the desire to serve others in a supportive and challenging environment.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous reception and administration experience, preferably in a medical or health clinic environment;
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills appropriate and adaptable to requirements of such an environment;
- Strong planning and time management skills, with an ability to self-manage and function autonomously;
- A proactive customer-focused approach able to identify needs and manage client relationships: and
- Current Working with Children check and Police Clearance (prior to commencing employment).

Benefits & Remuneration
This fixed-term, full-time position attracts remuneration of $61,613 TO $65,829 pa plus 9.5% University superannuation contribution.
