The Division of Services and Resources supports the University in the achievement of its core objectives in learning, teaching and research by providing enabling services and effective resources. The division's priorities have evolved from the University's 10 year strategic plan, the Beacon of Enlightenment, with key projects centred around people, community, assets and infrastructure and processes.
The Marketing and Communications branch helps to build the reputation of the University through the protection and promotion of its brand. The branch also manages the University's key marketing platforms including its online presence, major campaigns and events and corporate communications. The team ensures that the University brand is represented consistently and professionally.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Web Applications Developer to join our dynamic team working on one of Adelaide's highest profile web sites.
Salary: (HEO7) $80,684 - $90,516 per annum.
Superannuation: An employer contribution of 9.5% applies.
Term of position: This fixed-term contract is available from Monday 9th January 2017 for 12 months.
To be successful you should have:
- Experience with the Linux operating system.
- Experience with the administration of the Apache web server software.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse system problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Good understanding of current internet developments.
