Receptionist or Administrator
Trinity College has a thriving community over 2,000+ students and staff from Australia and overseas in its various educational programs, including a Residential College, a Theological School and a Foundation Studies Program. Trinity offers a warm collegiate workplace set amongst the leafy environs and historic buildings of Melbourne University’s oldest college, founded in 1872.
The College is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to work part time five days per week (12.30pm - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday) in a busy office reception area that operates during student term time and out of term time servicing other short programs. Reporting to the House Coordinator, the role performs a variety of office and administrative related tasks but is also the first point of contact on all enquiry levels to students and all visitors to the College. Specific areas of focus include fielding enquiries, mail management, taking and processing payments, assisting with room bookings and entering student data.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a reception/front desk environment with demonstrated skills in office administration and proven customer service orientation.
Salary Range: FTE Band Level 1, $46,600-$54,800 base salary plus 10% Superannuation and 17.5% Leave Loading.
