School Administrator Grade 7

£32,958 - £38,183 pa

We are seeking to recruit an experienced individual to fulfil the School Administrator role. Reporting to the Institute Manager but working in partnership with the Head of School and School Senior Management Team, you will contribute to strategic direction, vision and leadership of the School. You will manage a broad range of activities which support learning and teaching and student experience, ensuring close co-operation with colleagues in the School, Institute, Faculty and Central Professional Services. The post also offers exciting leadership opportunities as you will have line-management responsibility for Professional Services administrative staff within the School, and will also become a member of the Institute’s Professional Services Leadership Team. You will be expected to contribute to the achievement of the Institute objectives. Applications are particularly welcome from individuals with relevant experience of process management within HE and specifically management of one or more aspects of the student journey. You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience) with excellent interpersonal and organisation skills. Budgetary management experience is highly desirable.
