The College now invites applications for the following positions:

Associate Professor / Assistant Professor – School of Communication (Full-time)

The appointee will be responsible for the planning, development, coordination and delivery of courses in News Translation, Introduction to Journalism and Communication, Strategic Communications, etc.

Applicant should (i) possess a Doctoral Degree in Communication / Journalism, or related discipline; (ii) have at least 2 years (for Assistant Professor) / 5 years (for Associate Professor) of teaching experience in the theories of journalism and communication in tertiary education; (iii) be proficient in news reporting and writing and news translation; (iv) be familiar with business journalism and strategic communication (v) have a proven track record of academic / professional experience in tertiary education, and/or professional services; and (vi) have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
