These programs are now delivered to over 1,000 students in the Melbourne and Vietnam campuses as well as online.

The role and your responsibilities

The Associate Lecturer (in Management) - ECDF, with expertise in the disciplines of international management, business operations and/or innovation, will be required to teach and conduct classes in disciplines relevant to their field of expertise and assist in the academic and administrative, consultative and coordination tasks involved with these courses. Functions associated with the position include presentation of lectures and tutorials, assessment of students and course administration in line with the University's quality assurance requirements. The Associate Lecturer - ECDF is also required to undertake research activities in line with the University's research strategy. It is expected that the Associate Lecturer - ECDF will work under support and guidance to develop expertise in teaching and research with an increasing degree of autonomy.

Skills and experience required

The ideal candidate will provide evidence of casual teaching for an Australian University within the past three years and have not been employed on a continuing basis at an Australian University. Your ability to prepare and teach programs at undergraduate and post-graduate levels and your capability to work effectively with students will be critical to your success in this role. Furthermore, key to this role will be your evidence of research output including publications, conference contributions and/or technical reports in the field.

A Qualification in the relevant discipline area is required & Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching and Learning is desirable.
