Job Description
Under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Assistant Director in the Institute for Health System Innovation and Policy will oversee the daily operations of the Institute, including administrative operations, budget planning, management, tracking and reporting, payroll, supervision of administrative staff, and post-award administration for external funding. Take part in overall Institute planning and management, develop plans and oversee project implementation as requested, and develop effective ongoing working relationships across Questrom and the university.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred, and at least one to three years of relevant experience desirable. Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills, high level of organization, ability to oversee and manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously, and ability to effectively coordinate with and supervise other staff. Capacity to take part in strategic planning, develop implementation plans, and operate independently in line with Institute goals.
