Professor of Fine Art

Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

Newcastle University, UK, is a world-class civic university with a global
reputation for academic excellence.

We are seeking to appoint a practising artist of international standing as

With the stimulus of Newcastle’s outstanding academics, students, and facilities, we want to engage your creativity to help us break new and innovative ground in teaching and practice. You will take a lead advancing a culture of creative excellence within the School, contributing to our research, teaching and mentoring our emerging artists and promoting the School among artists and arts organisations regionally, nationally, and internationally.

The appointment is on a permanent basis. This is a full-time teaching and
research position. Part-time appointments will also be considered.
