Salary
£22494 to £26829 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Working within the Estate Office you will provide professional administrative duties to support the Estate Office Directorate Team and ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties will include maintaining diaries, dealing with enquiries from a wide range of individuals both internally and externally, managing in-house administration, disseminating information and attending senior management meetings in support. You will also make routine decisions in the absence of the Directorate team.

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused individual with extensive relevant work experience in a similar role with well-developed IT skills covering a wide range of software applications. Candidates should also have excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work independently and proactively dealing with confidential information and unanticipated situations as they arise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential for this role. Candidates will also be qualified to HNC or HND level (or equivalent)in a relevant subject.
Hours of work are 36.25 per week worked Mainly Monday to Friday.
