About the position

The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine is seeking to appoint a full-time Facility Manager who will be responsible for the management and development of the Bond University Training, Recovery, Rehabilitation and Testing Centre located within the Bond Institute of Health and Sport, Robina.  

Reporting to the Head of Exercise and Sports Science, this position will encompass the management and promotion of this Bond University Facility. The Facility Manager will also initiate, negotiate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide support and advice to athlete and individual students and groups.

About the person: 

The successful applicant will hold Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field, and/or have extensive industry experience in the Sports Science and/or the field of Strength and Conditioning as well as hold relevant accreditations commensurate with the position. 

Highly developed organisational and administrative management skills are required, as is a strong emphasis on customer service coupled with excellent communication abilities. Experience within an academic environment would be advantageous. 

Salary details: 

The commencing salary for this position is $76,420 plus 9.5% superannuation pa
