An exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated and customer focused individual with service desk experience in an enterprise environment.
Service Desk Analysts provide Service Desk support to the staff and students of the University in the use of technology at various campuses and medical facilities. These positions require customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to all levels of understanding. Ability to work with and an understanding of a broad range of technology is required.
These roles offer an outstanding opportunity to hit the ground running in a customer focused team.
To be successful you should have:
- Experience working effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience in an support role
- Demonstrated experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
Salary: (HEO4) $57,995 - $63,790 per annum
Superannuation: superannuation contribution of 9.5% applies.
Term of position: 2 x 6 month fixed term positions are available immediately.
