Salary: $77,207-$83,573 (pro rata per annum) plus 9.5% superannuation
The position of Facilities Coordinator provides administrative support within the Service Level and Facilities Management (SLFM) Professional Services Unit (PSU) to ensure that the Faculty of Business and Economics facilities are properly maintained.
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of Faculty spaces, and the recording, logging and following up of requests. You will be required to liaise with University Service providers such as Property and Campus Services (P&CS), Information Technology Services (ITS), Timetabling and Venue Management, Learning Environments (LE) and Student IT. You will provide excellent customer service through the provision of assigning and contact relevant providers to assist with activities and problem solve the best and most efficient options for the client's requests.
This position is 0.5 FTE for a period of 12 months to support the existing 0.5 FTE Facilities Coordinator and reports to the Service Level and Facilities Manager. Strong communication skills are required to coordinate the function in essentially a job share arrangement to support the activities of the Faculty.
