About the role
In this role you will report to the Senior Manager, Student Operations and Improvement and will be responsible for technical support for the RigntNow system, a web based Customer Relations Management system. Responsibilities will include administration, configuration, maintenance and testing and the coordination of the development and production environments and support services. You will liaise closely with staff in related areas including Digital Marketing and Student Enrichment. Contribute to the development of communications strategy and assist with the maintenance of the online Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) database. Identify and gather business requirements for the system to provide appropriate solutions and reports. You will also provide advice and support to staff and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role you will possess an undergraduate degree with at least four years subsequent experience or extensive experience and management expertise or a combination of knowledge, training or experience. Your high level information technology skills including internet technology, databases, and desktop applications will be essential for your success in this role. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, organisational and problem solving skills are essential. Strong written communication skills in writing, editing and producing information is required. Experience using and maintaining Customer Relations Management software, particularly RightNow, is desirable.
