Customer Service, Sales & Marketing Trainer
The appointee will be responsible for teaching Customer Service, Sales and Marketing Management units through practicals and demonstrations, designing and developing of course materials/ manuals and equipment as needed. Additional duties include assessing competencies of students, completion of delegated tasks during the delivery of knowledge to the students as well as keeping current, relevant information by providing the skills that are in demand.
Relevant Bachelor degree in Management/Marketing/Business or related field with post-Bachelors relevant work and/or teaching experience of 2 years. Applicants with Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or completion of TOT modules will have an advantage. Incumbents should display expertise in professional ethics, keep abreast with the human resource needs of the industry, and possess effective communication and organizational skills.
An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities would be negotiated with the successful applicant.
