Customer Service Officer
The appointee will be required to prepare and do marketing for training courses, disseminate information to customers, prepare and confirm client participation through phone/ fax/email and gather training information through industry visits. He/he will also be responsible to prepare type, photocopy, disseminate and file relevant reports as required. Also to prepare and do all the necessary administration work for the training courses. Use PPMS system for enrolment, certificate requisition and follow up unpaid fees. Ensure neat appearance and attend to clients and visitors. The appointee will be required to take up any other duties assigned to him or her by the supervising officer.
Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Office Administration, Customer Service, Management, Accounting/ Economics & Science with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. Applicants must possess excellent problem solving, presentation, marketing skills, organizational & analytical skills; communication & interpersonal skills, and possess a professional & proactive attitude along with a pleasant personality. Must have excellent Microsoft and Power Point skills
