The Faculty of Education at Monash University are seeking a passionate individual with an innovative mindset to lead a dynamic team of talented staff. The AV & Ed Tech team are responsible for the design and delivery of workshops for staff and students in our audio visual and educational technology focussed Learning Spaces.

As the successful candidate you will use your strategic management skills to provide advice and direction to various stakeholders while managing the audio visual and educational technology service provision and resourcing across the faculty. Your keen interest in technology will see you successfully identify, research and invest in emerging technologies and innovations that will enhance the faculty's teaching and learning and research outcomes.

If you are the ideal candidate you will have a broad knowledge, experience and understanding of audio visual and educational technology. Your well-developed leadership skills and strong written and verbal communication capabilities will be advantageous as you inspire a team of staff to deliver exceptional results driven outcomes for an exceptional Faculty.

This role is a full-time multi campus appointment; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
