About the role
In this role you will focus on the organisation and running of a series of community based activities related to the curriculum, and building and nurturing relationships with agribusinesses across Victoria. Plan and organise events to augment block mode subject delivery on regional campuses. Organise communications and public relations activities related to the Agribusiness degree. You will organise accommodation and travel for students and staff attending block mode sessions. Organise site visits, study tours, guest lectures and panel discussions at regional campuses in conjunction with the course and subject coordinators. Support quality program delivery including preparation of curriculum related documentation. You will also develop and maintain an up to date data base of agribusiness contacts.
Skills & Experience
The successful applicant will possess a degree with 2 years relevant experience with the development of specialist expertise or broad knowledge in an administrative field or a combination of knowledge, training or experience. You must have excellent communication, organisational and computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, SisOne, Business Objects or similar systems. The ability to engage with stakeholders is essential. You must be able to interpret and apply policies, procedures and legislation to succeed in this role.
