The Opportunity

In this Marketing and Events Coordinator role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a wide range of marketing activities, events, projects and initiatives designed to attract and secure student enrolments and build alumni engagement for the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences.

You will provide support to the marketing and events teams by developing projects and initiatives aligned to the faculty's goals, including developing marketing content and collateral for key marketing channels, providing reports on media mentions, social media tracking and competitor activity, updating material on communication channels and engaging with faculty stakeholders through communication updates and networking meetings.

You will coordinate a number of core faculty events throughout the year. These events will draw on event management methodologies to coordinate the activities from conception to delivery with a high level of attention to detail and the capacity to respond to last minute changes.

To join this dynamic team, you should have a degree in marketing or events and relevant extensive experience. We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal, communication and strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a complex and evolving environment.
