The Chief Operating Officer & Deputy Vice-Chancellor portfolio oversees the resources, operations and infrastructure of the University and creates an operating environment conducive to research excellence, high quality learning and teaching and stakeholder engagement.

With a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills, you will provide support for the implementation of major projects within the Chief Operating Officer & DVC portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your relationship management skills, while you liaise with key stakeholders across the university to coordinate and progress project activities.
Working closely with the Executive Manager you will also provide administrative support and assist in researching, collecting data and drafting papers and reports for the success of these projects.

- Experience in providing project administration support.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing administrative systems and processes.
- Demonstrated skill and experience building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with demonstrated experience communicating effectively with individuals at all levels.
Salary Package: $77,894-$85,982 (HEW Level 6) plus 9.5% superannuation and annual leave loading
Appointment Type: Full time, 12 month fixed-term appointment.
