The College of Business comprises six schools delivering a broad range of programs in Business, ranging from Certificates up to PHD levels.
The role and your responsibilities
The Student Experience Coordinator will play an integral role in providing school-based operational support to deliver key initiatives that are directly related to enhancing the student experience. You will be responsible for coordinating a wide variety of initiatives and events specifically targeting student engagement and will work with School, College and University teams to facilitate the provision of transformative student experiences.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will bring to the role your demonstrated ability to communicate persuasively with staff, students and external stakeholders. Your excellent organisational and administrative skills and ability to multi-task will be critical to your success in this role. Furthermore, key to this role will be your ability to consult and interact effectively with all levels of the organisation and develop strong business partnerships internally. Your relevant experience in the planning and co-ordination of events is essential.
An AQF level 5 qualification or higher is mandatory. Relevant experience in a tertiary education setting and an understanding of the VET quality frameworks is desirable.
