Salary: $95,434 - $113,323 p.a. plus 17% superannuation
The School of Historical and Philosophical Studies seeks to appoint a Lecturer (Level B) in Philosophy for a period of three years. The position is in the area of the History of Modern Philosophy, up to the end of the nineteenth century, including the rise of the rationalist and empiricist traditions, as well as the Kantian and post-Kantian era.
The successful applicant will be expected to research, teach, and participate in administrative tasks at levels commensurate with the level of the position. The appointee must be a proven and successful teacher and have a strong record of research.
