Coordinator: International Relations
About the job
Working in a small team with diverse responsibilities, this is an opportunity to demonstrate your high level skills within UniSA International. You will undertake a number of activities to enhance UniSA’s position internationally. You will play a key role in supporting the University’s relationships with international partners by coordinating visiting senior delegations and advising on international agreement processes and information management. Liaison with staff at all levels within the University and externally with Government representatives is also a key feature of this role. You will need to identify, research and report on business development and relationship opportunities, to prepare appropriate briefings for the Unit and Senior Management.
You will work closely with the Manager of International Relations to provide strategic advice and co-ordinate activities with a wide cross section of the University and with partner universities.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will have exceptional organisational, report writing, analytical, teamwork and relationship building skills and be able to work autonomously and manage conflicting deadlines. Some travel interstate and internationally may be required. Tertiary qualifications in international relations, international studies, business, marketing or a related discipline; or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge and skills, are also essential.
