If you're after a rewarding career, Monash University can help make it happen. With leading academics and world-class resources, combined with a ranking in the top 100 universities worldwide, we offer all you need to build a brighter future.
If you're an expert in student evaluation, and looking for a role where your operational, analytical, reporting and engagement skills are valued and respected across the organisation, then this may be the position for you.
The Systems and Reporting Specialist has a wide range of responsibilities around the development, administration and reporting of core evaluation surveys used within the University. Developing significant subject matter expertise in the business rules, procedures and timelines surrounding the University's surveys is key to this role, as is the ability to proactively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, in tailoring solutions to fit business requirements.
As the successful candidate, you will deliver meaningful, actionable intelligence as a result of highly effective administration, analysis and reporting of survey process activities. As a source of trusted authority, you will utilise your experience and creativity to identify and implement a range of innovations to assist in the delivery and success of surveys. You will also provide key insights into how survey data can be effectively utilised to support the University's improvement initiatives - to ensure that the Student Voice is heard and acted upon.
A key component of this role is ensuring that your findings are easily understood by the target audience. This requires utilising your strong communication skills in order to ensure key insights are clearly conveyed in your reports/advice. You should also have well-refined problem resolution skills, and the ability to conceptualise, propose and implement innovative solutions. The role requires an applicant with a high degree of initiative, who can see the 'big picture', can work under broad direction and take responsibility for the full life-cycle of activities associated with each project.
The team you will be joining is highly collaborative and agile, and you will be expected to regularly contribute insights and solutions to drive continuous improvement and the implementation of 'best of breed' systems and business practices. If you believe you fit this profile, we look forward to receiving your application.
This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
Your application must address the selection criteria. Please refer to "How to apply for Monash Jobs"
