Quality Services Officer, Benchmarking
The incumbent will report to the Manager - Quality Awards and will requires a highly innovative, motivated and results driven person to work in challenging environment. The responsibilities include: 1. Promotion of Benchmarking Practices and Applications; 2. Formulating the Benchmarking Methodology; 3. Establishing and Maintaining Best Practices Database; 4. Formation and sustaining Benchmarking Networks/Exchanges; 5. Sharing and disseminating of Benchmarking Information and Best Practices; 6. Organizing of Best Practices Conferences and Conventions (Local and International); 7. Facilitation of Benchmarking Projects and Learning. 8. Provide periodic reports on Best Practices achieved by FBEA organisation. 9. Engage in other productivity initiatives like housekeeping, ISO 9000, QCC etc; and 10. Provide secretariat support for the Asian Productivity Organisation related programmes in Fiji.
A Degree in Management, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or Science from a recognized University with least 3 years of post-degree experience OR Diploma in Management, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering or Science s with 6 years relevant experience.
An attractive salary commensurate with qualifications and abilities would be negotiated with the successful applicant.
