Assitant Director, Research, Development & Alumni Relations

Act as a member of the research group, which provides in-depth research services and products to Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) staff in support of the Universitys fundraising and alumni relations goals. Report directly to the Director of Research and Prospect Management. Identify new principal and major gift campaign prospects and provide in- depth analyses of prospect data to aid in DAR management decision- making. Reactive prospect research in support of DAR staff, when necessary. Plan and supervise the domestic prospecting activities undertaken by the Research department and conduct all international prospecting. Prepare the profiles and briefings for the Global Team. Supervise and edit the work of other members of the Research department in the event that they prepare profiles and briefings for the global leadership team.
B.A./B.S., three to five years of related experience.
