Personal Assistant to Head of School
About the job
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing high level and confidential administrative support to the Head of School and Associate Head of School. Acting as the first point of contact for leadership positions within the School, you will interact with senior academic and industry based staff internal and external to the University. Additionally, this busy position is responsible for undertaking complex diary management, preparing high level draft correspondence and documents, and providing administrative support to other general activities of the School.
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have previous experience working as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role to a senior manager, together with post-secondary qualifications. Exceptional time management skills, excellent written skills including a grasp of grammar and appropriate tone, and an overall attitude of positivity, resilience and flexibility will ensure your success in this position.

In addition to your salary, the University will make employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% of salary on your behalf.
