Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Relationships Management you will provide strategic and commercial support to assist the development and management of the University’s strategic relationship account management framework. Accountabilities include:
- Establishment and oversight of business metrics to meet ongoing organisational, account or industry customer information needs;
- Preparation of business cases for a wide range of audiences, including identifying business drivers, scope, financial metrics, cost benefit analysis, risk assessment, and recommendations;
- Assisting the relationship account holding teams in the development and support of business practices to meet stakeholder needs; and
- Work with key stakeholders to understand their business and to identify revenue diversification and business growth opportunities aligned to the University’s strategic priorities.
We are looking for a versatile person with effective interpersonal skills to join our team who has demonstrated experience in providing a range of strategic, analytical and technical services in a large, commercial-oriented environment, preferably within Marketing, Business Development or Information Technology. CRM practitioner and system experience preferable.
You will also demonstrate flexibility and personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry and Personal Excellence.
Benefits & Remuneration
This full time ongoing position attracts an annual salary of $96,958 - $109,606 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
