About the role
Reporting to the School Administration Coordinator, you will provide general administrative services to support the School of Nursing & Midwifery, as well as be the primary support for the Judith Lumley Centre. You will assist in ensuring the School objectives are met and that policies and procedures are followed. Provide a customer focused service by actively contributing to an environment of continuous improvement and ensure shared services provided by the College are consistent with service expectations.
Skills and Experience
- A relevant degree with no experience or a diploma with two years subsequent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality executive assistance to senior positions as well as the proven ability to draft correspondence and provide executive support to Committees.
- An excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in customer services.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant and applicable policies, procedures and legislation.
