Business & Management Tutor – MBA Programme
Full or part time, permanent, based Reading or Derby
Salary £40-48k plus benefits

University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is the leading international provider of supported online learning for the Built Environment, with over 90 years’ experience in providing the highest quality learning opportunities for the industry.  Our MBA programme provides an academic qualification within key management disciplines for our industry and is currently undergoing a thorough review.  In this broad academic role your duties will include:

  • Undertaking tutoring (Module Leader/Tutor) and providing pastoral support to students
  • Supporting the review and development of the programme and modules
  • Promoting the programme and supporting student retention activities
  • Undertaking other associated academic duties relevant to the programme

You must have experience in postgraduate teaching and hold an MBA or equivalent level qualification.  International experience within our industry is desirable and, needless to say, the following skills are essential: strong communication skills, online and IT skills, energy, enthusiasm and innovation – these all help our students succeed in their studies and their careers.
