Project Officer for EU H2020 R&D project MULTIDRONE (MULTIple DRONE platform for media production)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a world leading research team at the Visual Information Lab (VI-Lab) within the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Bristol, to provide project management support for the EU funded Horizon2020 R&D project MULTIDRONE (MULTIple DRONE platform for media production).

As Project Officer you will have responsibility for all administrative aspects of the MULTIDRONE project, including: project planning; finance and budget management; reporting; support for academic members of the team; and communicating with project funders and project partners.

You will attend regular research team meetings at the University of Bristol and will also be required to attend project meetings and events at various partner sites.
You will have a relevant Degree or equivalent professional qualification (a degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science or similar discipline would be desirable). You will also have experience of managing EU-funded projects and delivering research dissemination activities (e.g. through a website and/or event management). Experience/interest in image processing, computer vision, robotic vision is desirable.

The post is on an open ended part time (0.5 FTE) contract with funding for up to 3 years.
