The UNE Residential System is an important and distinctive feature of the University of New England and is central to the experience of approximately 1950 on-campus students. Robb College and Earle Page College are two of six UNE owned and operated Colleges within the UNE Residential System, providing a range of living arrangements for students.

About the role

Applications are invited for the Head of College positions at Earle Page College and Robb College. The Head of College is responsible for the provision of a safe, academically oriented, supportive educational and social environment within the College.

Skills & Experience

Applicants will have extensive professional management and leadership expertise and the ability to apply strategic, innovative thinking. Also required is an understanding of the academic and personal development needs of tertiary students as well as superior interpersonal, negotiation, mediation and liaison skills. Evidence of the ability to deal effectively with young adults and other demographic groups with an associated ability to maintain discipline and good order within a residential system is essential.
