FE Lecturer in Equine

£25,023 - £28,143 per annum, pro rata (unqualified lecturer)
£28,982 - £30,738 per annum, pro rata (qualified lecturer)
Full-time, 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
Fixed-term for one year from date of commencement - maternity cover

You will be required to teach Equine related topics to Further Education students on a variety of courses, through lectures and practical sessions, whilst contributing to the management, assessment and recruitment of students. Possession of a recognised Equine qualification is essential.

To succeed, you will have a desire to develop a diversity of learners, along with up-to-date technical knowledge to allow the sharing of best practice to both students and team members. You will preferably hold assessor and/or verifier awards, and be working towards the completion of your teaching qualification, as this will be a requirement upon appointment.
