Full-Time, Fixed-Term Position for 12 Months
The MARCS Institute for Brain, Behaviour and Development is a Research Institute at Western Sydney University, established to increase the scale of research in areas that generate high quality research outcomes of the highest quality.
MARCS is an interdisciplinary research institute that investigates the science of human communication through the study of psychology, neuroscience, information technology, engineering and biomedical engineering, linguistics, speech science, music science, and communication arts. We have a 12 month opportunity for an Executive Officer with high level excellence in planning and problem solving. The successful applicant will be self-motivated and possess the ability to work independently and part of a team.
The Executive Officer has primary responsibility for the provision of executive level support to the Director and Institute Manager. A key responsibility of this position is the coordination and administration of the Institute’s Higher Degree Research Training and conference management within the Institute.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $90,155 to $97,280 per annum (comprising Salary $81,337 to $87,765 p.a., 9.5% Superannuation and Leave Loading)
