The Director, Postgraduate Programs is based in the office of the Deputy Pro-Vice Chancellor (Learning and Teaching) in the College of Business (CoB) and works collaboratively with the five Higher Education Schools in the College of Business.

The role and your responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate academic who is currently making an impressive contribution in the academic leadership of undergraduate business programs. We are looking for someone who has expertise in managing change, influencing others and supporting staff to create transformative experiences for students.

You must be a highly motivated individual who can work on multiple areas in enhancing learning and teaching as well as the policy and governance related activities of a role such as this.

A knowledge of the wider global undergraduate landscape is required and the ability to initiate and manage projects to execution is essential.

The Director, Undergraduate programs is expected to make a significant contribution to the planning and direction of the undergraduate suite of programs and provide academic leadership across the Schools, College and University where appropriate.

Experience in the transnational delivery of business programs would be highly regarded.

Skills and Experience

Essential requirements for this role are experience in the leadership of a suite of programs in the undergraduate space with demonstrated evidence of driving and managing projects to generate significant innovation as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a wide array of stakeholder to achieve impactful outcomes. A PhD or equivalent in a relevant business field is also sought.
