Responsible for the Leadership of the People and Culture Advisory Team, the Associate Director People and Culture Advisory leads the Tactical and Operational Consulting/Advisory, Operational Employee Relations, Talent acquisition and Equity and Diversity functions to create an integrated and seamless delivery team and platform.
Reporting to the Director People and Culture, the incumbent supports the timely, quality and cost effective delivery of advisory support to assist the university staff, management and leadership.
This is a key People and Culture leadership position, the incumbent’s ability to achieve business engagement with stakeholders will be a key enabler to delivering the MU strategy.
