Research Study Assistant, SPH School of Public Health

The research assistant will enroll and follow-up with participants for research studies that require the collection of sensitive data on trauma and violence. Specifically, the research assistant will attend meetings with youth, explain the nature of the research study, and enroll youth into the study. For follow-up, the research assistant will contact participants and collect follow-up surveys online, over the phone, or in-person. In addition, the research assistant will attend research team meetings and trainings, take minutes of research team meetings, enter research data into databases, organize participant files, and conduct other similar research-related tasks. Throughout all of these activities, the research assistant will adhere to IRB and study protocols, and will inform the Research Coordinator and PI if problems arise.
Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of experience required.
