The primary purpose of this position is managing research assistants and site coordinators assigned to projects in 8-10 various research sites; overseeing management of data collection; assisting project principal investigators in drafting research protocols, interview guides, surveys and other data collection tools; conducting site visits, interviews and/or focus groups; and drafting and submitting required documentation to access secondary data (e.g. administrative data). Responsible for oversight of staff conducting data collection and data management, oversee the development of databases to track data and/or data collection; lead data analytic plans and oversee data analysis (including developing code books and coding qualitative data; and performing statistical analyses of quantitative data). The PD will also lead submission of IRB applications and other required paperwork for clinical trials research compliance, and oversee that research compliance is maintained on her assigned projects. The PD will also work with PIs to develop new research ideas and lead submission of manuscripts for publication. .
Manages projects for I&T. Serves in an advanced professional level role. Works on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments. Coaches and mentors more junior technical staff.
5-8 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred
