Real Estate Tutor – Foundation Degree Retail Asset Management
Full or part time, permanent, based Reading or Derby
Salary £40-45k plus benefits

University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is the leading international provider of supported online learning for the Built Environment, with over 90 years’ experience in providing the highest quality learning opportunities for the industry.  The Foundation Programme, launched in 2014 with three degrees, acts as the entry-level qualification that underpins our academic offer, and is unique in the market.  The new Retail Asset Management programme is an expansion of the offer, aiming to deliver a new international retail programme, to equip graduates with the necessary knowledge for their future careers.

As Module Leader and Module Tutor your role will include:
• Aspects of programme management and development
• Providing academic support to these students
• Supporting retention activities on the programme
• Undertaking other associated academic duties relevant to the programme

You must have experience in teaching (or training) subjects relevant to the Built Environment and be qualified to at least Higher National level.  Involvement with foundation degree or HNC/HNC programme design and delivery is required, with online experience desired.  Needless to say the following skills are essential: strong communication and IT skills, with energy and enthusiasm to help our students succeed in their studies and their careers.
