University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is the leading international provider of supported online learning for the Built Environment, with over 90 years’ experience in providing the highest quality learning opportunities for the industry.  We are also at the forefront of educating surveying apprentices in the UK, having launched our Level 3 Surveying Technician Diploma in 2015.

In this teaching role on the Diploma you will:
• Develop and deliver units in the subject areas of Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying
• Support the retention and achievement of L3 apprentices
• Provide academic support to these students
• Produce timely reports of the apprentices’ progress

You must have experience in delivering or supporting training or teaching, face to face or online, in the above subject areas.  Relevant academic qualifications are a must and if you do not have a teaching qualification, you must be prepared to undertake one.  Needless to say the following skills are essential: strong communication and IT skills, with energy and enthusiasm to help our students succeed in their studies and their careers.  You will be expected to deliver workshops at fixed times of the year at specific UK locations, so a willingness to travel is a must.
