The University is an exciting and dynamic environment with a strong profile across all the Arts and Sciences. We have grown and enhanced our reputation considerably over the past few years and this post will be central to the future ambitions of the University articulated in our strategic plan.
The appointee will act as a key advisor to the Vice Chancellor, Board of Governors and Senior Management Team on matters relating to the built environment, infrastructure and facilities management. The post holder will generate strategic options to deliver the Estate Master Plan in line with the University’s Strategic plan, and will function as the lead officer as appropriate on estates matters and represent the University as necessary.

Candidates must have proven managerial leadership at a senior management level and will have a strong track of leading and delivering large estates project, ideally within a successful higher education environment.
