The objective of Property Development and Commercial Services Office (PDCSO) is to appropriately plan, design, build, maintain and secure our campuses whilst providing effective facilities management and property services to the University community to support teaching, learning and research activities and student experience.

The Role

This position is responsible for maintaining the University’s architectural and engineering services drawing management system and associated databases in order to ensure the corporate space information accurately reflects the University’s physical assets.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have extensive experience using AutoCAD systems and managing complex drawing files in an architectural/engineering services context along with a demonstrated understanding of general planning, fitout and building construction principles.

Experience with Geographical Information systems is also required and experience in the use of Building Information Management systems will be highly regarded. 

Excellent time management, communication and problem solving skills are essential.
