The Division of Student Administration supports our students through all aspects of the life cycle from admission through to graduation and actively collaborates with academic and professional staff to improve the students’ journey and experience at CSU. The Division has a strong culture of client service, ethical behaviour and performance measurement to ensure continuous improvement.
The Manager, Partners and Pathways, will be responsible for the strategic positioning of administration services delivery that occurs in conjunction with over 16 partners representing around a quarter of all CSU students. These include significant partners such as the NSW Police Academy, our CSU Study Centres in capital cities and overseas partners in China. You will be involved in negotiating aspects of service level agreements in a Higher Education environment, ensuring appropriate controls are developed and monitored and that administration services are provided to the student and delivery partner in the most effective and efficient manner.
You will be a key relationship manager, working to ensure that the entire student journey is coordinated and effective. You will be a leader within the Division and for your team, located on multiple campuses, to provide both routine processes, process innovation and agile solutions to the wide variety of partner needs. You will design and implement appropriate budgets, staffing and change plans to ensure that resources are effectively applied to meet the needs of the partners and the Division.
As the Manager, you will give expert advice, training and support in international compliance under the Educational Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act, including ensuring quality control and appropriate registrations with TEQSA.
