Manager, Research Reporting and Analytics
Classification: Senior Manager 1
Salary package: $107, 632 to $112,944 per annum plus 17% superannuation

The Manager, Research Reporting and Analytics is responsible for leading and managing the Research Services Reporting Data and Analytics team and liaising with key stakeholders across the University to provide high quality, specialist, integrated research and innovation information reporting and analytics in support of the University's strategic goals. The role will lead the support for the Director and University Executive to deliver an effective Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA) submission for the University and play a key role in responding to the impact and engagement agenda.
The Manager will have the ability to influence stakeholders and has responsibility for the provision of high quality analysis and delivery of effective reports and analytics on research and innovation activity across the University and coordinate major projects working with key senior University stakeholders (University Executive, Deans and Heads of School).
The Manager will also take a lead role for the Research Services Division in shaping the Open Access Repository at the ANU working closely with the University Library to ensure compliance with government requirements and delivery of a highly effective service.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in designing solutions to respond to new research and innovation information demands and experience in proactively identifying and understanding management needs. You will have well established skills in data analysis and making recommendations in relation to data integration and reporting solutions. You will be able to demonstrate effective written communication skills and an ability to synthesise data into effective communications and present solutions to the University Senior Management Team and the broader University.
