Manager, International Recruitment
Classification: ANU Officer Grade 8 (Administration)
Salary package: $94,094 - $100,864 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation
Terms: Fixed term, 10 months

The Division of Student Recruitment and Admissions is responsible for the recruitment and admissions of students to ANU. The Manager, International Student Recruitment will work closely with a team of international recruitment and admissions staff, and provide supervisory and management support to the International Student Recruitment team.
You will have on the ground experience and a good understanding of international student markets, agent management, international student recruitment channels, student recruitment communications and knowledge of international qualification standards. As understanding of Australian Government policies on international education would be highly regarded.
You will need to have good analytical skills with the ability to develop appropriate recruitment strategies based on evidence and business intelligence. You will have experience of supervising staff with an emphasis on either sales, customer services and/or marketing and have worked within an environment with an outcome-driven, customer centric approach.
