Tracking Code 8529/J1416 Job Description

Responsible for all grant administration, including grant research and writing for all departmental programs. Coordinate administrative matters for staff members.

Manage a portfolio of research faculty grants, gift accounts and endowments.

Faculty Meetings:  meet with faculty monthly to advise on projections on grants,  human resource and department policy related basis, and plan for account adjustments.

Account adjustments:  Process journal entries, salary Adjustments, assist with award set up and closeouts

Additional reporting:  Work with faculty on progress report, rebudgets, IPAS, no cost extensions, financial reporting to sponsor.

Review PARS (Personnel Activity Report) with faculty (related to grant submission and justificiation for grant and auditior review),

Required Skills

1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree required.
