Position Summary

The Department of Mathematics seeks applicants throughout the year who are interested in obtaining postdoctoral research experience in the area of mathematics. These positions have the responsibility to conduct a program of research under the mentorship of a faculty member in an area represented by the department. The teaching load will be based on department need and funding source, and can range from 0-3 courses per academic year. Applicants should identify a faculty member of interest for collaboration in their cover letter. Required Job Qualifications

Applicants must hold a P.D. degree in mathematics or related science area by the date of hire.

Preferred Job Qualifications

1-2 years of teaching experience at the university level or equivalent is also preferred with a record of teaching a range of mathematics courses.
