About You

Self-motivated, highly organised and positive, you will be able to work effectively under pressure whilst managing competing deadlines. You will also have excellent IT skills, experience of working with detailed financial information and of operating a student record or similar system.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders whilst your commitment to delivering to a high standard of accuracy with first class customer service will ensure that you quickly become a key member of our friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

Working as part of a busy team you will have responsibility for the administration of tuition fees and will be available to offer guidance and support to applicants and students over funding regulations. The role will also support debt management and will be responsible for the reconciliation of tuition fees and invoicing, reporting to senior management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well organised, highly numerate administrator with a flair for problem solving to make a significant contribution to this important area of the University.
