ABOUT THE ROLE
This position will play a key role in supporting the Dean, ECU International and the rest of the International Office to meet ECU’s international goals. This is a great opportunity for a well organised person who thrives in a busy environment and is a good communicator. The successful person will be culturally competent and be comfortable working with sensitive information and capable of managing a variety of different and sometimes competing tasks to support the Dean. Ideally you will have worked in an administrative role in a busy office environment and will have the experience to be able to effectively prioritise your work.
- Undertake general office administration
- Manage travel bookings
- Respond to enquiries
- Be a central point for managing and responding to international office enquiries
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience providing administrative support within a large organisation
- High level organisational skills
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
- Experience or awareness of working in a cross-cultural environment

BENEFITS AND REMUNERATION
This full-time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $61,613 – $65,829 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
